I went to this NTB for tires, supposed to be about 1hr... Went to home depot and ate lunch... Upon our return they stated they were getting ready to call us... Below is the items that needed repair and they showed us something... Idler Arm, Pitman arm & water pump for a total of 721.97 that's not including the tires. They also said we had a blown shock... We told them to put the tires on and change the oil and we would get our regular mechanic to check it out. Took truck to Tom and he put pressure test on water pump and looked under truck for the above items, he also was very angry said nothing was wrong with truck... Even NTB's estimate has two different amounts for repairs (wrote in 460.00 for arms and water pump 480.00) but computer printed estimate shows 721.97... These people lie alot, Tom saved us a pile of money... Don't go to this place...
