Red Line Towing
Dented and scratched my car while towing it then refused to admit guilt and pay. Rip-off!

My car was towed by this company. I had just gotten it back from the auto shop, it is a brand new car and in perfect condition. There were scratches and a dent on my car. When i asked them to explain they said they didn't have to explain because they didn't do it.

I told them how i had just recieved my car from the auobody shop and would be able to have a witness report that it was in perfect condition when it was towed a day later. They didn't care. They were profusely rude. This one man Ezekial was speaking spanish to his boss and thought i couldn't understand. He called me a white girl and said i was refusing to pay (which i was not i just needed to know how the scratches happened).

They are a very unprofessional company, managers included. If i had the money to take them to court and show them a lesson, I would. Stay away from their services.
