Rip Off Towing Company

My uncle's car was towed by Peaco Towing, Inc. On Saturday at 9:20pm. I found out the car was towed 5 mins. After it was towed and called the towing company, first of all the lady that answers the phone its really nasty and rude, I told her that the car had just gotten towed that if she could call the guy to drop off the car around the corner of my house and that we will pay him a drop off fee, but she said that the car had to be towed all the way to their office (I guess to charge all that money they were going to charge me). She told me that if I didn't go pick up the car in 20 mins. That the guy that towed the car was going to leave. (so that meant having to pay extra money just because they don't have any body in their office and are very unproffesional) and then she told me that I had to pay $150.00 for having the car towed and that I had to pay cash cause if I paid with a credit card I had to pay a 10% fee (I guess this is what the credit card companies charge them, but they are charging their victims that). I didn't even take 5 mins. To go get my uncle's car and they are charging me all that money, well we ended up paying that price because my uncle had to go back to Washington, DC.

I live in a very luxurious apartment complex and I really don't know why this apartment complex will hire a towing company so rude and unproffesional to deal with their residents.

$150.00 for towing your car 5 mins. Away from home and for less than 30 mins.
