Falsification on my DAC report

I worked for this company as a owner operator meaning I had my own truck and supposedly was able to pick my own loads. My ruck broke down on me about 45 minutes from Richmond, VA. I contacted the Coastwide and let them know that my truck had broken down and was not able to get it fixed. I called a towing company to come tow my truck from the towing company to a truck shop and I paid for the bill. I had my girl come pick me up from the broke down truck. I told Coastwide I was unable to get my truck towed back to Portsmouth and they offered to tow it and I told them NO because I did not have the money to get it towed or to pay them for towing. They constantly asked me and I told them NO.

I called to the shop in Richmond to see if they still had my truck and they said it was towed about two weeks ago and I asked them who towed it they said Coastwide. Coastwide had it towed to a shop that their company deals with and it was going to end up costing more than what the truck is worth to have it fixed and I do not have that kind of money. So I ended up selling the truck to the truck shop. Coastwide wanted me to drive for one of the guys the knew he wanted 60% of my check and I am not a fool so of course I am not driving for them. I eventually ended up driving for a company.

Coastwide has reported to DAC that I violated company rules and now I am going to get me a lawyer to help settle this situation because there is no way and Coastwide knows that I never asked them for a dime.
