I had been struck with a rushing drunk driver who'd Modern Insurance along with a 15,000! 00 insurance plan! He was touring at 66 mph in a 35 mph area, driving drunk and experienced a suspended license;. Authorities charged him using the incident and he was sentenced to some 2 to 5-year jail term;. Progressive Insurance settled the worthiness of his plan, but I had been unemployed for six months, in rehabilitation and also have lasting injuries out of this incident! I "taken care of" a 150,000! 00 uninsured/underinsured insurance plan with Nationwide Insurance. Nationwide informed my lawyer that " I'm to blame, and we shall provide 15,000.00". I had been offered a toilet paper agreement with Nationwide, which is not worth the document it's created on. Nationwide has dedicated insurance fraud.
