Nationwide Insurance ripoff fraudulent ripoff business

I have a policy that states I prepaid insurance for 1yr.in advance on a 1971 Volkswagon hobby of mine which is street legal and licensed. I went to renew my tags on my autos and the offroad was redflaged for no insurance which I did have and still do but Nationwide says no. (Hmmmm... Where did my money go then?)

Now due to this my license has been suspended. I have all paperwork signed by the agent that I paid for a year coverage. Aug. 25-Aug. 25 but the tag renewal office shows I had no insurance at that time.

I have been calling all upper management at Nationwide for 3 days and even they don't know what is going on.
I now have a suspended license and am unable to work as a driver because of this error. Is there no end? I have never filed a claim and always pay my bills on time.
I feel like a criminal which is not a good feeling.
