I asked Daniel Galvan to fix the driver side door and the AC unit which he had tried twice before. While I left my vehicle for the repairs Mr. Galvan decided that he would do some upgrades to my vehicle without my consent. He replaced both doors, hood, front headlights, floor mat, add speakers, replace both bumpers, and painted the whole vehicle.

When I was notify about these upgrades I asked him to stop. His comments to me were that he already had the items so it would not cost me a dime. I figure my original cost for the repairs would be less than $200.00 but instead it turn into 4,500 dollars. The items I asked original to be fix did not working after he deliver my vehicle.

After my complaints to him he bought it down to 1,500, but I refuse to pay since I never gave him authorization for the repairs. Now he demands that I pay everything or he will take me to court. He has lied to my employer and I was fired due to his action.

He has unlawfully forged my name on forms to try to convince the local police that he is right in the action he his taken. I have repeatedly asked for copies of any work order or agreement which I had never signed. I would stay away from this company. I have learned that is how he makes a living my scamming people.
