What a shame

While I was at this shop trying to get information about service, I over heard and employee there yelling on the phone. It was a shame to see an adult acting like a two year old throwing a fit. I would not ever go back to this business just because if the owner can't have people working for them that act like the adult that they should be then why would I want anyone in that business working on my car.
