LIED, Vehicle needed extensive repairs to make drivable. Took over a 6 weeks to get the title

I recently purchased a 2003 Acura MDX from this establishment. I drove from Columbus, Ohio because they seemed to have a great selection of high end imports. I paid cash for this vehicle. Over 8k to be precise. I asked for a better price and the owner said the vehicle was priced below Blue book and that is was the final price. I stated it needed some things done to it, and he stated thats why its priced the way it is.

I said then it really isnt that great of deal and that there should be room for negotiation. He said no. The vehicle was making a loud noise up by the front right wheel and he stated he PERSONALLY drove the vehicle and that it was a control arm. The check engine light was on and he stated he could run the code for me, but it is something small like the gas cap needing tightening (it actually ended up being ALL 4 oxygen sensors!). I bought the vehicle and he did give me a discount.

He gave me 200 off for what he said it would cost to replace the control arm. I took the vehicle to a repair facility near Columbus and they stated there was a TON of repairs that needed done! The vehicle did not even have an upper control arm! It uses the strut assembly as the control arm so the whole thing needed replaced. I called the owner and he said bring it in and I will take care of it. So I drove again from Columbus. When I got there he had his mechanics take a look at it and he accused me of having work done to it incorrectly!

He said there has new bolts that could not have come from his guys and that it was me! I took the vehicle realizing they scammed me and I just recently finished having the complete repairs done to the car. They were absolutely REQUIRED to make the vehicle safe to drive and they totaled 3037.27!!! This place is a rip off and I work with the public on a large scale. I will personally make sure they are brought to light and lose as many potential customers as I can inform!!!
