Refund Due

My intentions was to buy a used car. They told me they need 1000 first. I did not sign a purchase agreement. They told me by word of mouth that i was approved at 29.99 interest rate and 500 a month payment. I said no way. They did not show me on paper nothing in writing from the bank first of all. They told me they would not give my refund back. So i called the police but to no avail. I have to file a small claims. How can people like this steal your money, they are thieves! They are crooks and have text me nasty messages which i have saved. Just refund my hard earned money!
