I taken care of 1-2 days for delivery of my package. My bundle is suppose to be deliverd by 7pm on june 1st. I've approached fedex by phone and notices several times, they did'nt answer some of of my notifications this is exactly why i'd to call the 800# they refused to give me the contact information for the place thatis providing our package. I named really early on june 1st and mentioned when the driver cannot assure our distribution of my package by 12noon to depart it at location and i will pick it up being that i've to sign and i've to be at the office 3-11pm. They named me back telling me the driver cannot ensure it is till after 4pm, that is means i should stay and watch for my package plus they know my circumstances which i told them. Why california it to the vehicle? I'd a demand leave it i'd like to get it before going to work, they keep telling me its the driver, usually looking for someone at fault, easy buy was leave it and i'll come have it, today i've missed a whole times pay since i've to sign and thay neglect to execute my request and it says, you've an option to choose your bundle, bad support, they simply saturated in reasons, they dont need to feel like they were incorrect, iam pissed
