Auto Holding of Hillsdale Sold me a Lexus through e-bay, but would not let me close through the e-bay process. Unresolved problems, NO ebay help

Sold me a Lexus through e-bay. I went to pick it up but they would not let me close through e-bay. (Should have been a flag).
A cover was missing in the trunk and they promissed to send it immediately, 3 months later the wrong one came and they would not correct.
I tried Better Business Bureau— worthless attempt— I tried e-bay but we had not closed e-bay— I tried to warn e-bay that these guys are getting free advertising through them and not paying the proper fees but it is impossible to talk to someone at e-bay and that was a lot of waisted time—
I hope that these postings help save at least one person from dealing with these obnoxious people
