Too Many Repairs

I have a 2008 Lance Milan Scooter, it been in the shop several times for warped rear disc brake. Not running well. Pieces of the body were being broken by the mechanics constantly removing parts to fix the problems. Now it will not start. It ran good for about a year, same time the warranty ended. The sad part is it was well taking care of and only has 1300 miles on it till this day.
