Took my Car for a Joyride!

I took my Acura to this Automotive repair shop to have my winter tires swapped out for all-seasonal and when I returned. The owner had agreed to pick me up at my workplace and as I was waiting. I saw him speeding excessively as he approached my workplace to pick me up. When we headed back, I noticed there was a long, fresh, tread mark on the road right next to the repair shop, and later realized the owner of that shop had burned the summer tires. The person working inside the shop said jokingly "There was alot of black smoke outside just recently."
