Cancellation Refund... in my dreams!

Whoa. It has been nearly the toughest encounter I Have ever endured having a business. After I contact a person support point for help, that is what I search for... Assistance and perhaps only a little knowledge of my scenario. Not with CarTrawler. However enjoyable enough, the only real reaction I obtained was "it's not our plan" or "based on our conditions and terms". There is simply no test on the component to assist me.
After finding I was not ready to get the vehicle rental due to charge card problems (I actually donot use credit cards, only money cards), I named and terminated the rental at 12:20 PM on 4/26. The rental was for 3 PM on 4/28. All he kept saying was that based on the rental contract, cancellations received significantly less than 48-hours before collection is likely to be billed what amounts to some 3-day rental... That will be handy for them since quarry was a three-day rental. Our math is not all that excellent however it appears I terminated beyond their necessary 48 hours. But, based on their "itis not our issue" method of company, itis determined via THEIR period, not mine.
I am only really furious they would not actually make an effort to look for a quality with me.
Ultimately, it has been a remarkably poor experience. I'll never suggest by using this organization for almost any of the solutions.
Buyer beware! Another lesson learned...
