Irene & Phillip,
We are inquiring why you no showed for our son's birthday party. Irene, you are the one that offered the "free rental" to make up for the cancellation the night before another party we had. For the less than 12 hours cancellation we had to spend over $500 for a rental. The second time it was over $200 for a rental that was incredibly small for the party we hosted.
