The only real attenandant within this workplace was "John". Very rude. Business is famous for providing the rental for you, I named John for all occasions in 5 hours looking to get a rental when my vehicle was within an incident. John kept telling me he'd contact me the moment he might. (actually I'd previously created concerns for that vehicle on line) JOHN NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE. At 4pm I called AGAIN and allow John realize that I had been stuck at work and would want a rental before 5pm, did I have to arrange for the money to get the rental at 5 after I got off-work. John's declaration was, how was I likely to get a rental at 5pm when he shuts at 5pm. I'd to get keep from function togo and get the rental. After I make it happen he makes me wait a great five minutes before acknowleding my existence. Our insurance provider pays to get a part of my everyday rental while my vehicle has been repaird. John stated he didn't possess a vehicle within the budget range which I required which I had a need to contact my Insurance Professional to up my daily money. On my insurance. John iinsisted all he'd was a typical size vehicle, but might have what I needed 24 hours later. 5 days later I obtain a smaller vehicle, pre pay for 7 days again and John continues to be his unfavorable home. I've been hiring an automobile from Enterpirise twice annually for quite some time today and also have never needed to pre pay to get a rental.
