We recently hired a Chevy from Fox Carrental near poor. Whenever we were operating the vehicle out of the ton, we noticed a sound and requested them to check on it out, that they stated was from the AC. Not too much time after we got out, smoking began coming out of the vehicle motor. We went back again to the vehicle rental during the night, and informed them about this. They did not think us, and visited retreive the vehicle, and stated, "oh-there is smoking appearing out of the motor." They simply offered us another vehicle to lease. No apology. We overheard a stating "Hello, was not this vehicle remembered from the producer?" So there you've it... They released an automobile which was said to be remembered, and place our existence at risk, with no apology. Oh, that and all of the hidden costs for hiring an automobile they don't note in advance. I'll never conduct business with Monk again.
