I hired an automobile from business in shelbyville Tenn. On 4/6 for the weekend going to Alabama when i got upon the highway i could feel the front of the vehicle shake it made me very nervous so when i arrived in Alabama i called josh at the shelbyville branch and told him he said if i felt uncomfortable i could go to a branch in Al. And so I did there is 1 woman there without any one else i informed her that which was happening she arrived seated in vehicle began after that it switched it down and stated I will provide u another vehicle and so I decided she was really nice to us she vacuumed vehicle and cleaned it for all of US. We quit using the vehicle she hired us nicely about 30-Minis later i understood I'd quit my cellphone charger within the additional vehicle i hurried back again to get it she was eliminated there is a guy outside washing additional automobiles my partner informed him concerning the charger the person stated we currently hired it. I stated what what might u lease that automobile when there is issues with the leading end he'd no reaction fortunately he discovered my charger and place it back my issue with all of this may be the was a poor choice on her behalf component to rentacar that's having issues like this how might the organization sense is just a household was for the reason that vehicle and damaged damaging somebody this truly makes me reconsider about hiring from business that may have now been me and my loved ones going for a vehicle from u without looking at an automobile that emerged in with issues I've hired from business for all years which is truly making me reconsider my choices on achieving this again
