Scam and Overcharge

Never rentacar from Fox rental-car if you don't wish to damage your journey. I rentacar from Monk for my Vegas journey for 3 times from 09/03 to 09/06. I delivered the vehicle towards the workplace promptly on 09/06. Per week later I Have got a phone from monk plus they stated that used to donot return the vehicle. I told them that I did so return it. Another week they deliver me a notice and stated I still did not return the vehicle (sic.) I attempted to contact their workplace for around two or three hours with no one answer the telephone. I actually donot understand why a large organization like monk but no body answer the telephone or atleast they've an answering machine. After, countless phone, i eventually get somebody reply me and he or she explained the vehicle was delivered but 7 days overdue (???) and he or she explained to disregard the notice. Nowadays I Have simply examine my charge card that we offered them when I hire the vehicle there's an extended listing of cost that I don;t understand where it originated from. I attempted to contact them-but nevertheless exactly the same, no body answer the telephone. Underneath the the listing of additional cost.
