Prescription not shipped - Prescription drug

Ordered critical prescription 8/3. After 2 wks it hadn't shipped. Called to inquire, customer service rep said he would make sure it shipped overnight at no extra cost. My prescription still didn't arrive. I emailed you - you didn't respond. The next day I emailed again - you still didn;t respond. 4 days later I called again and was told the pills were out of stock - BUT YOU DIDN'T INFORM ME OF THIS! This customer rep promised the pills would be back in stock the next day and promised to ship overnight. Now it's 5 days later and the prescription still has not shipped, and no one from your company has bothered to email. The prescription is for my cat, who is now sicker than ever thanks to you. Had you told me the pills were out of stock, and hadn't lied about shipping overnight the next day, I could have gone elsewhere and my cat would be well by now. You ought to be ashamed.
