Everstart Maxx Powersports Battery Dead After One Day

I recently purchased an Everstart (Neverstart) Maxx es4l-bs powersports battery from Walmart. I followed the manufacturers instructions on filling and charging the battery. I installed the battery and it worked perfectly for one day. The following day I attempted to start my motorcycle but the battery was dead. I attempted to have the battery charged at Advanced Auto Parts.

They ran a test that showed my battery was dead with a charge of only 0.56V. I attempted to return my defective battery to the Walmart store that I purchased it from only to be informed that Everstart Batteries, a Johnson Controls product labeled by Walmart, only carries a 30 day warranty. I strongly advise anyone seeking a battery to look elsewhere. The response from both Walmart and Johnson Controls has left me feeling fleeced.
