I purchased a everstart battery from walmart. The battery failed after 6 months - I took the battery back to find out that walmart batteries only have a 1 month exchage warranty and after 180 days no proration availible.

I have beeb in the automotive buss. Since 1999. I currenty work as a service director for a GM dealer. I have never seen a battery with lessthan a 12 mo. Free exchage warraty-most with 18 mo free exchange after that then the battery get prorated. Walmart is a huge retail store if evrstart will not stand behind the battery then i feel walmart should.
