We've alwasys hired vehicles from Budget without any issues, whenever we switched the car in, the consultant which was on-duty (Jesse) on 4/25 was really rude, he put the documents at my spouse, declaring the car was surrounded in tobacco smoke plus they could be getting an additional 250.00 along with the rental plus 20% about the 250.00 as well as the fees were currently contain within the price of the vehicle. We wind up spending 500. O0 on the vehicle which was just $179.00. We we no further be hiring from BUDGET and EVERYBODY I UNDERSTAND IS LIKELY TO BE BOYCOTTING FINANCES AT 714 SOUTH WABASH-Dallas, the support is horrible plus they handle their clients really poor.
