I hired a midsize vehicle through Orbitz for 2 months in Orlando in mid-March. Through BUDGET they cited me a cost of 378.88. Whenever we reached the Orlando airport, Budget informed me that the Quality have been reserved for me personally. I quickly informed them that the Quality wasn't a mid size car, so that they provided me a complete-size car... A Malibu! After I attempted to inform them that the Malibu wasn't a complete-size vehicle, they provided me a Lincoln City car instead.

After fighting backwards and forwards, I got the Malibu. Today my statement turned 531.39 US dollars instead.

I've hired vehicles on vaction before and that I understand a mid size from the full size vehicle.

Our position is that this... Prevent both BUDGET and ORBITZ if you don't like spending more for less.
