Charged for work & parts that wasn't done or used!

Took my atv 2005 Kawaski Brute in for carb ajustment and minor tune up. They quoted me $200 and needed up front for parts and a rush job. I paid. Three weeks later I called and they told me it would be ready next week.

I went to pick it up and the bill was 795.00 with all kinds of parts and valve adjustments, gaskets, plugs, new fuel, cables, etc.

I paid it and the bike stalled just like it did before I ever took it in to them. I called them and they said I should take it somewhere else if I didn't like their work. Also wanted cash only for their repairs.

These two guys are cons and also do drugs and drink on the job.
