In September another rider crashed into me while I had been creating a change. He was up to 60mph so my bicycle was totaled. I were able to leave... Then get caught up within an ambulance to some clinic when I imagine I had been in surprise.

Our costs includes an ambulance trip, clinic, physician visit and week lack of function. I had been advised to consult another motorists insurance for compensation (State Park) that was about 9 weeks before. I've been provided the medical discharge run-around since September and also have created numerous calls to do what I will. Entered demand letters, grievances... Nothing appears to be transferring this on. Every couple of months they provide me some little current data why we CAn't negotiate... Lately contacted having a hot-shot attorney who'd not consider my situation and believed to prosecute in a little states judge as she seems State Park won't spend and my situation would be to little to combat. Natural costs remain $3500.

What actually makes me angry may be the lying of the insurer its like he understands that I understand he's laying but he maintains it-up. "Our bad physicians assistant is slowing this due to some type of private vendetta or anything..." I have spoken towards the guy who struck me and he's as discouraged with State Park as I'm.
