Very bad customer service

I recently had a vehicle accident no-fault of my very own which was the result of a state park client. Our vehicle was alone totaled. I've been with no vehicle for some times today and it is having difficulty with trips to function and obtaining my kids to college.

I talked with some of their state village reps who have been really rude and brief. That is simply not correct. I'm so angry bc I had been the target. Im seeking legal counsel to type this issue out the right way after viewing each one of these grievances on state park. Thanks everybody.
