We arranged a-9-seater minibus for the vacation in the united kingdom in December. It was established with reservation quantity TRZ412986 and we settled a deposit of GBP400. On 22 December we terminated the minibus (Tony from LC Van Rentalis recommendation) simply because they might just provide us a-7-seater truck whilst the 9-seater were "snowed-in at Birmingham" and we desired assortment of the 9-seater in Wakefield.

Long story short, we terminated the minibus on 22 December about the telephone with Tony and adopted it-up by having an email on a single time. Since that time, 22 December to nowadays, 15 April we've not obtained our GBP400 back.
