Don't use them

This company is rubbish - do not use it. I had a booking for a 17 seat minibus for 8am on 5 March which I made two weeks before. I received a phone call from them at 5.15pm the day before telling me that they did not have a vehicle available and so were going to cancel the booking. After some heated discussion they told me that they did have a 9 seat minibus available, but it would be the same price, and no negotiation was possible. They then rang me at 5.45pm to tell me that I could only have this minibus if I collected it from their depot in Wembley (and I live in SE London - right the other side!). After heated discussion they simply terminated the conversation at 6pm 'because that is when our office shuts'. They were rude at all stages of the conversation, and seemed to think that none of this was their problem! Avoid them!
