Last month I dropped off my car at custom concepts of reno to get the windows tinted they told me $180.00 the they told me to pay for it which i did. Five hours later after they said it would be an hour i arrived to pick up my car, they then all of a sudden told me its now $250.00 I asked why it was more they said it took extra time & it was harder to do. I dont think this is fair or my problem since my quote was $180.00 Which i already paid. After speaking to friends about this come to find out this is a common occurance over at custom concepts im not the only one please step forward if you've been RIPPED OFF!
