Had a problem with old Epson printer. Spoke to Dan, who asked for a couple of hours to research issue. Couldn't find parts, but suggested a used HP printer which he brought to my house. Took about a half hour, but by the time he left I got a new printer. Works Great. As this was a refurbished unit, he provided a one year warranty on parts and labor. Next time I have a printer problem, I am calling Dan.
