I purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla. It was slightly used, had 4000 miles. Before my wife and I purchased it we pointed out that it had 2 small dents on the hood, had only one key and no owners manual. My wife refused to sign unless all these items were taken care of. Michael of course said no problem. So thinking that his hand shake and word would be suffient she signed the contract. It is now 4/5 and nothing has ever been done. We have called over and over and Michael P. The finance Manager assured us that it was taken care of and John S. The service manager would be calling. That never happened. I even wrote a letter to Brent Berge's the owner. This man did not even have enough respect or concern to reply to my letter.
