Toyota didnt fix car like asked - 2003 Toyota Corolla

I put my 2003 Toyota Corolla in the shop to be fixed. I was hearng a noise and wanted it fixed. So instead they put a water pump on the car and fix some oil leaks. The bill came up to $1500.00. The problem was still not fixed. We then spoke to the Asst. Service Manager Stephen Graham. He said it was another problem and he would have it fixed so I allowed him to do his job and fix the problem. It was $500 more dollars after the service was done. The noise was still there. So I called Rob Whiedden, the Service Manager. He told me to bring my car back in and he would work out a deal with me. The deal was he wanted $500 more dollars to fix the problem I alread paid $2000 to fix. I thought by taking my car to the Toyota dealership it would not be a hard problem to solve. I have been driving Toyota for 25 years and never have come across a prblem like this. If Stokes Brown Toyota cant fix Toyotas they should be closed down!!! I need feedback 843 3388837
