Very Poor Service department and policies

Poor Service! Really poor service department and policies. I had recall work done on my 2002 Tacoma. They replaced the front right ball joint, just over a year later the same ball joint broke when my wife was driving the truck. Fortunately, it was on a residential road and she wasn't driving very fast. Brent Brown say they can't do anything because the parts are only guaranteed for a year. Ball joints should last longer than a year, I'm thinking. Unless you get a "Toyota" ball joint installed I guess. They say that they're willing to look at the truck to determine if it was installed wrong but they have to have the truck taken to the dealership to make an assessment. I can't afford to pay a tow truck to haul my truck down to brent brown for an assessment and they don't make house calls I'm told. I'm stuck with hundreds of dollars for repairs because brent brown installs faulty parts. They have absolutely no understanding or consideration for customers problems or situations. Stay away from Toyota vehicles and definitely, stay away from Brent Brown Toyota.
