Ad tire - 205/55R16 Douglas Performance

I bought a douglas tire less than a month ago. The tire just blew out on the highway. Luckily no one was hurt. The sidewall was completely seperated. The tire was purchased at wal-mart. They will not replace it. I believe it to be a defect due to the damage and the newness of the tire. I don't have the money to replace tires on a monthly basis. Needless to say if this doesn't get fixed soon I will no longer purchase tires from wal-mart or douglas.
