Faulty tire and not wanting to honor warranty

My son bought 4 douglas tires in may at wal mart in ruston.in august he had one tire that had a leak 2 diffenent times wal mart refused to fix it due to the fact that we didn't buy road hazard.in october one of the tires had wires showing on the outer and inner edge of the tire and some in the middle. We called walmart and they said they can't warranty it. My son has only put like 800 miles if that on the car. We bought these tires due to the fact that he can't afford to pay 100.00 a tire. There is no way that his toyota camry wore these tires like this. I went so far as to take the tire to two other tire stores in town and the car they said that the car wasn't out of align like walmart said. No matter what walmart says the tire is under warranty.
