Over Charged my Card

I agreed to an amount of $150 through their online reservation service. They sent me a credit card authorization form via meail to sign and return. The form was blank, I should of known then that they were thieves. I signed and retuen. I tipped the driver exactly $30, exactly 20%, what I wlays tip on food, bar, etc. I checked my AMEX online and they charged me $519.99. There was a $95.00 "administrative fee, and a $40.00 "SRC" fee, whatever that is. Had I seen a "confirmation" email with this amount I would have IMMEDIATELY cancelled. I am very conservative and would have laughed at them for the extra fees and the total amount. I also wish I would have checked their Better Business Bureau score as well, as they scored an F! The idiot I spoke with (OWNER) said that he will not refund my AMEX card, as he said that is the amount I agreed to. I would not agree on that amount if it was my own wedding!
