Late payments

I cosigned on a car loan for the boy 2 1/2 years back. He was laid off 2 weeks later. We've attempted to assist using the funds that are big but we'd dropped behind and attempted creating preparations with Capital One. We believed we'd made preparations created twice after which we begin obtaining the calls and that I attempt to clarify and undoubtedly they don't hear and thus we create more preparations and also the entire thing begins over. We've repeatedly been lied to.
