I entered in to a auto loan with Capitol One about three years before... Ever since then, my revenue has fallen to 30% of what it had been after I purchased the vehicle. I held up with my funds up to a couple of months before, after I attempted to refinance, and also the refinancing was refused by others since Capitol One had documented my funds late, twice, after I had never been late. Because the period the refinancing was refused, I dropped behind a couple of months, but I named Capital One, and that I was on the telephone together for around 2 hours, stretching my mortgage, and also the man I talked with explained that my consideration, to any extent further, could be documented paid, upto-day, if perhaps I'd register my bank account and routing amount for automated bank drafts. Well, they are creating my payments, all correct— but they'venot documented some of my payments and have on document, ON MY CREDIT HISTORY, they state that I'venot made payments, AT-ALL, in weeks. How do you quit these drafts? Alter my banking account? It appears as though today I'm helpless over my credit, my cash, and what I do want to do using the vehicle. I'm completely around attempting to create the funds, because my credit will * (because of Capital Oneis defective reporting) & I'm thisclose to falling the vehicle down for them and saying screw it. The harm was already completed. Ugh. And of course that, when I contact them, I can not talk to a boss who are able to answer any concerns.

This looks totally unprofessional...
