Annette swallers fraud me out of three thousand dollars

I thought I was buying a vehicle off ebay, but it was a scam. They sent me a invoice from ebey telling me how to make payment. And of course it was western union, and I sent it. They have a 1 800 number where a guy name chuck will answer, once I told them I wanted my money back they hung up. I have been doing a lot of work trying to locate where and who they really are.
