IMHO Astrocratic VW is an unethical dealership

IMHO Aristocrat VW is an unethical dealership.

My 08 Jetta was taken to Aristocrat VW after an accident. The dealership offered to take the damaged 08 Jetta in on trade for a new vehicle, Aristocrat would deal with the insurance company. Everything was fine until insurance deemed the Jetta a total loss... Aristocrat had just purchased $13,000 of scrap.

Aristocrat VW contacted me stating they wanted to voided the original contract, rewrite a new contract without the Jetta because my insurance would take care of the Jetta and best of all my payments would go down on the new car. Aristocrat VW assured me by doing this it would not cost me a penny extra.

I believed Aristocrat VW and signed the new contract - huge mistake. Once Aristocrat VW had the new contract signed and they were off the hook for $13,000 worth of scrap their concern ceased to exist.

Aristocrat VW drug out the insurance decision by insisting another insurance appraser look at the car while charging $50 per day for storage of the vehicle. To top it off I just found out that I'm responsible for the payments while this is happening.

Aristocrat VW doesn't admit any responsiblility. They provided misleading information to financially clear themselves while sticking their customer with all of it.

Dealing with Aristocrat VW has been unplesant to say the least.
