Bad Service Personel

The driver of our limo was Pasquale Defelice (Tony) We paid the owner of the company upon booking our limo. The driver was at first very nice, offering us bottled water but explained that we had to purchase our own drinks which was ok with us. The problem arouse when the driver told us that there was a $200.00 service charge for him and that did not include his tip which he suggested should be equal to the service charge.

We did pay this because he was very insistant and told us that it was company policy which we figured that we over looked. We gave him $400.00 in cash.

We called the company and were told that tipping was up to us and there is no service charge for the driver. The company did not believe that this took place and being that we gave him cash, there was no way to prove it.

Basically, we got scammed by a fast talking driver trying to score an extra tip in the name of "a service charge" that went into his pocket instead of the company's. We suggest that if you use this company and get this driver that you ask for a different driver as he is a con artist.
