complain about a defective service which I have received from Dry cleaner and its failure to adequately clean my skiing/sailing jacket which I asked to. I believe that Aristoctat dry cleaner have committed breach of professional services,

Indeed, on 15th of February at am 10.50 I brought to your shop my skiing/sailing jacket for dry cleaning, I was due to pay £ 18 for your service. At 5 pm you have send me text message to inform me that my jacket was damaged. I run to your shop, totally stressed, to find out that my jacket was totally destroyed, burn and melted from the inside, it has become a hard vulgar piece of plastic. Just Ready to be thrown away!
It was a delicat jacket design with very special material, to maintain hard weather condition on mountain or on the sea, it was a light and very warm jacket worth £ 200.
The service has not been carried out with reasonable care and skills.
