No refund

I ordered a car stereo from them. When I got it, it did not fit in the vehicle. I contacted them they gave me a RMA #. I did as they told me to return the stereo. It's been 2 months since I returned it, still no refund. I called them with the 1-888 number from Amazon. The person picked up the phone and said "Customer Service." Caught me off guard when they did not tell me exactly who I was talking to. I told them my situation and they put me on hold, almost 5 minutes. I hung up and called again. Same thing. "Customer Service." This time it was a different person. I told him my name and what the situation was. He told me he was going to contact Amazon and it will be posted to my account the next day. Next day came, still no refund. I highly recommend not to order from discounts jungle on amazon!!!
