Unfortunately, I purchased a car here and also traded in a car that I still owed a balance on.

My bank told me the dealer pays off trades in 10 to 30 days. I was shocked when my old bank called me and said I was one payment late and was approaching another payment shortly!

I am not exxaggerting when I say I called them dozens of times and the only one who could help me, "the owner", was never there! As a result I now have a late payment showing on my credit on my old car! In addition to this, it took almost 5 months to get my stickers and plates for the car I purchased - again, many calls, no help... Beware before you buy here!
