Credit Report - My Credit

I have had several accounts with BOA. I have had a checking account since 1989. I have had a line of credit since 1996. I have had a mortgage and credit cards.in July I made a payment on line towards the line of credit for $100. The minimum payment was $25. I misapplied it as a principal payment instead of a regular payment. BOA reported to all 3 credit agencies that I was 30 days late. I have a credit score of over 815. This is the only mark on my credit. I have call 16 times in the last three months not counting all the other times I have called in the prior years. I have documented the dates and times and names of the people I have spoken to. They always say they will call me back but it never happens. I called the executive office and I have spoken to 4 different people and NO ONE CALLS ME BACK. I made more than the required payment it was just applied incorrectly, I was not late!!!
