A work order was put in for a brake job and rotation for my GMC Yukon.

After work was completed shortly after I realized my center cap was missing off my wheel. I called back to the dealership to alert them of my conern and from July until January I was led to believe they would resolve the problem by ordering another cap. Only to find out they don't make that cap any more and I was not notified by Simm's Chevy Co. The manager states he is not buying another wheel and at this point there is no resolution to the problem. The technician lost the part and Simm's Chevrolet should assume responsibility. Total customer dissatisfaction and also there was no customer survey sent for evaluation.
