Our car was taken into Graff Chevrolet dealership in Grand Prairie, Texas on 6/21 to get it painted under the spoiler where it was initially missed, plus the pin stripe decal placed back on. The car was supposedly ready on 6/25, so we went to pick it up. Not only was the pin stripes poorly placed back on, the Chevy logos and RS logo were missing. First, I can't believe that this was not inspected for these missing items even after the fact that our son had informed the body shop the day before we picked it up not to forget the logos. So, the body shop manager agreed to reorder the templates and logs, since apparently they were not ordered to begin with. We had to wait another 8 days for this. Meanwhile, I was sending emails to the General Manager, Wesley Spence, requesting that he called me on this issue. Not only was he avoiding me as a customer, he had his secretary call me instead. I am amazed that I as a customer was being avoided by the same dealership that sold me a $30,000 car. Obviously, this shows the type of character they have running this dealership.
