Refused to honor domestic partnership

Created an internet reservation at Minn/St. Paul airport Business. We waited in-line for around half an hour with only 2 people in front of us. On our published reservation, it plainly mentioned that domestic companions might be included like a minute driver for-free. Nevertheless, the worker desired to cost for that extra driver.
